2013

DXE Medical is acquired by Sarnova, a leading national specialty distributor of healthcare products in the emergency medical services (EMS) and acute care markets.

2016

DXE Medical acquires FASTEX AED, an established leader in CPR training and AED program management.

2017

DXE Medical acquires Cardio Partner Resources, the leading independent training business in the United States and renames business Cardio Partners Inc., to better showcase suite of cardiac care emergency preparedness solutions.

2021

Cardio Partners acquires Allied 100, LLC, increasing our nationwide footprint to offer a full suite of emergency preparedness products and services.
